10 days on with 4 days off • Overtime based on business need • Relocation is not available for this position • Sponsorship is not available for this position What you will do: • Perform All Duties of an Iron Technician II • Performs all the duties of an Iron Technician III or have relevant skills/experience • Demonstrated leadership skills • Job preparation and completion • Maintain flow of customer product through the shop • Quality control of customer flow control product • Proficient in customer relations • When the manager/supervisor is not present, assigns duties to complete all necessary daily service center work • Revises work assignments to meet production schedules priorities • Explain service center procedures and specifications and demonstrates use of equipment and testing to new employees • Assists workers in resolving technical problems • Consults with technical personnel and managers/supervisors to report and resolve assembly and testing problems, and reports unresolved problems • Obtains and distributes supplies, materials, and equipment such as components and parts used for work, assembly, test and inspection specifications. • No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years Physical Demands: • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear • Required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus • Must be able to wear protective footwear and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the department Work Environment: • Regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles • Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions • Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and vibration • Noise Level: Moderate Summary Pay Range: Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
