Under the direct supervision of the Program Control Manager, the Lead Program Control Manager will work alongside and manage a team of Project Controllers, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight of planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting activities manages the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of performance on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity and level of risk. The Lead Program Control Manager is a key member of the program team and will act as the “CFO” of the programs assigned and works with the Program Managers and Operations Directors to help define the project’s goals and objectives; and recommends actions to improve progress and performance.
