Required Qualifications: Current Ohio/OH or Compact Registered Nurse license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Minimum of 2 years of experience, Post-operative open-heart care experience, Critical Care experience, Chest tube and drain management experience, Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access, Proficiency in cardiac monitoring including reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips, Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care for postoperative open-heart patients, requiring proficiency in cardiac monitoring and management of various cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities.
