They spend much of their time configuring HCM functionality, developing OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI reports, and optimizing processes using Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Value Sets, and Flows. This role’s day‑to‑day centers on managing and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, performing system maintenance, and resolving production issues across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and other functional areas.
