The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented technology leader with significant experience leading infrastructure within a hospital or healthcare provider environment , strong Epic infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to build scalable operations while partnering across clinical, technical, executive, and vendor teams. The Director will oversee infrastructure spanning Epic EHR, cloud and on-premises environments, networking, data center, endpoints, telecommunications, audio-visual technologies, and end-user support services .
