Clinical needs/skills include: Dx: Rett's Syndrome, apnea, convulsions, O2 dependent, incont of B/B, GB status with meds and feedings, weighs approx 85 lbs, has a w/c, CPT vest, AFOs, and stander. The nurse will participate in assessment planning, implementing, and evaluating all patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and all other agencies and physician offices involved in patient care.
