Essential Functions : Hardware & Peripheral Support: Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local pharmacy hardware endpoints, including mobile workstations/laptops, thermal label printers, document scanners, cash drawers, signature pads, electronic payment readers, and specialty cameras. Vendor Management, Maintenance & Compliance: Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency vendor maintenance, server patches, reboots, and version upgrades for automated dispensing cabinets, robotic storage/picking systems, and unit-dose packagers.
