Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts, Energy Solutions & Program Development, this role will provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure the efficient management of the Energy Solutions Department, including but not limited to: energy efficiency programs, member and community engagement initiatives, investigation of high energy usage cases, and other innovative energy services. Communication & Member Relations: Communicates effectively in verbal and written formats; prepares accurate business correspondence, reports, and presentations; listens actively, conveys information clearly, and provides exceptional member service to members, employees, vendors, government agencies, and the public.
