The technician will work with Microsoft-based environments, cloud applications, endpoint technologies, conference room systems, and IT infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and technical initiatives. • Perform Smart Hands activities including equipment installation, cable patching, server and network device reboots, power cycling, remote console access, and hardware deployment.
