Provides support directly or in collaboration with technical services, IT, system operations, control centers, dispatch, emergency preparedness and engineering personnel in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, repair, and installation of assigned systems to meet business requirements. Some work is conducted outside, in varied conditions and terrain including adverse weather conditions, and in a normal office environment which requires sitting, walking, standing, stair climbing and completion of paperwork.
