The Information Technology Infrastructure Technician will ensure the availability and functionality of all information technology systems, including hardware (servers, PCs, VMware / Hyper-V, printers/scanners, and conferencing), communication (phone system, internet, middleware), and applications (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and cloud-based apps). Maintain system efficiency and performance, including network facilities, servers, workstations, printers, phones, VPN, email, intrusion detection systems, and all technology-related items.
