The role works closely with sales, engineering, service, estimating, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, maintain upgrade programs, and support customer engagement activities. Reporting to the Director, Upgrades & Conversions , the Upgrades & Conversions Specialist supports the development, promotion, and execution of upgrade and conversion opportunities for customers.
