The Unified Communications Engineer will provide advanced technical expertise across the Cisco collaboration infrastructure, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)/Session Border Controllers, Cisco Unity Connection, SIP trunks, voice gateways, call routing, dial plans, and associated voice services. The position will be responsible for maintaining system availability, performing complex troubleshooting and fault isolation, implementing configuration changes, and supporting the integration and sustainment of enterprise voice and collaboration services.
