Qualifications: Extensive experience collaborating with State Agency stakeholders, business subject matter experts (SMEs), COTS vendors, and IT teams to gather business requirements and define data warehouse, application, and system solutions, including the design, documentation, and implementation of data warehousing, enterprise application integration, and master data management initiatives.
