The BCBA will work closely with teachers, SLPs, OTs, school administrators, and district-level BCBAs to promote positive behavioral outcomes for students with a variety of needs, including autism and other developmental disabilities. Instead, the primary focus is on supporting implementation, providing training, modeling, and oversight to behavior technicians (RBTs), collaborating with school staff, and ensuring students receive high-quality behavioral support in the classroom.
