The ideal candidate will have experience with Simcenter or other like software (ANSYS, Abacus, Hypermesh, etc), presales, and post-sales support, be personable and a natural helper with a customer service minded philosophy, thrive in a fast-paced and learning-intensive environment, get a rush from solving challenging problems that other people cannot, and deliver solutions graciously over the phone or in person. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and support for Siemens Simcenter including Star CCM+ products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues dealing with network and software/hardware performance issues.
