With a $35/hour starting flag rate, up to $12/hour in GM training incentives, weekly productivity incentives, annual anniversary increases, quarterly survey bonuses, and GM Technician Excellence participation, this position is designed to reward technicians who are productive, continuously develop their skills, and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time. In addition to your regular flag-rate earnings, all flag-rate technicians are eligible for a quarterly bonus when the dealership meets its customer survey score goal, allowing the entire service team to benefit from delivering an outstanding customer experience.
