Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience5–8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or a related roleStrong experience supporting cloud-based environments, particularly within Microsoft Azure or similar platformsHands-on experience with DevOps-aligned practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, and infrastructure automationExperience managing production systems, operational controls, and environment separation (development, testing, production)Familiarity with system monitoring, performance management, and incident response practicesExperience with identity and access management concepts and tools (e.g., role-based access, directory services)Exposure to cybersecurity practices and collaboration with security teams or external security providersRelevant technical certifications (e.g., cloud or security-focused) are a plusStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate as a steady operational leader.
