As an integral part of the Corporate Product Team, the Head of Produce & Dairy manages the success of Eataly North America's buying categories - produce and dairy - through executing procurement strategy, assisting in selecting the product offerings, overseeing catalog development and maintenance, inventory and forecasting management, building producer and vendor relationships, identifying product opportunities, market trends, and ensuring product assortment is in line with sales and margin goals. Strong focus on produce and dairy purchasing, encompassing the entire product lifecycle including but not limited to sourcing, negotiation, vendor and supply chain development, product catalog maintenance, inventory management and optimization, forecasting, and KPI, margin and COGS parameters.
