Participate in the starting, control, operation, shutdown and inspection of chillers, pumps, cooling towers and all associated equipment; and perform boiler start-up and control, including burner light-off, adjustments for optimum firing, soot blowing, burner changing and cleaning; and will perform routine operating maintenance, as well as cleaning of equipment and plant work areas. As our Assistant Watch Engineer, at ENGIE's Medical Area Total Energy Plant (MATEP) located in Boston, MA you will be responsible for operating and performing routine operating maintenance of steam, chilled water and electrical generating equipment for MATEP, LLC, satellite facilities and utility distribution system.
