Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs heating, plumbing, mechanical piping systems, structural steel, package boiler equipment and water treatment, kitchen equipment, auxiliary equipment, steam, water, gas systems and other building mechanical equipment; auxiliary equipment, steam, water, sewers both sanitary and storm, irrigation systems gas and air systems and other building mechanical equipment; above and underground steam, domestic water, HVAC (chilled and hot water), sanitary and storm distribution systems; firing, tending and maintaining pressure boilers to supply heat for buildings and domestic hot water. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of plumbing, pipefitting, structural steel (iron worker), boilermaker, millwright, boiler tender, steamfitter, or sprinkler fitter experience.
