About the role: Responsibilities include degrease, clean, and polish kitchen hoods, equipment, pipes, refrigerators, grills, stoves, fryers, broilers, burners, ovens, flat tops, rubber mats, and all prep areas. Must be able to use the cleaning equipment/chemicals including but not limited to Floor scrubbers, Vacuums, Blowers, Degreaser, Multi-Purpose, Enzymes, pressure washer, etc.
