Under the direct supervision of the Head Cook and Program Director, the Assistant Cook assists with the overall operations of the senior center kitchen at the HANAC - Angelo Petromelis Older Adult Center. Perform daily kitchen clean-up, following the posted cleaning schedule (including cupboards, shelves, work surfaces, cooking equipment, sweeping, and mopping).
