CCU is a highly specialized claim team responsible for the management of legacy/long-tail property and bodily injury claims made against our insureds, including high exposure and highly complex primary and excess environmental property damage and bodily injury claims including pollution, contamination, PFAS, climate change, and other emerging risks. The Environmental Claims Director is a seasoned leadership role within the Complex Claims Unit (CCU), responsible for providing strong tactical and strategic leadership, and managing all aspects of accounts assigned to team members.
