Provide daily support and care to residents, including but not limited to: assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks, engage residents in social/recreational activities (at least one per shift), transport/escort residents to appointments and activities, and monitor and support residents in the self-administration of medication, documenting their administration in the electronic health record. Must comply with all agency policies and procedures, maintain all aspects of HIPAA, promote patient confidentiality and right to privacy, complete and adhere to compliance training provided by Signature Health, complete all productivity/documentation requirements, and participate in all assigned staff meetings and development programs.
