Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Dietary Cook/Kitchen Prep is to prepare and serve attractive meals meeting customer expectations, while maintaining a clean, safe Dining Services environment within the guidelines of facility policies, Federal, State and other regulatory requirements.
