Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; or Associate degree / Medical Technical degree with 4+ years of inventory management experience; or High School diploma / GED with 5+ years of inventory management experience; Hands-on experience maintaining and managing QC laboratory inventory is required; Experience with ERP or laboratory systems is required; SAP or LIMS preferred; Experience with inventory control activities such as cycle counts, stocking, scrapping, expiry management, material allocation, and material tracking; Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated industry requirements; General understanding of cGMPs and GDP documentation expectations; Basic laboratory safety knowledge; Technical writing skills and experience; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Ability to work within a team-based QC shift schedule; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation; Background or understanding of biology, chemistry, medical, or clinical practices is a plus. Manage material needs and requirements for QC laboratories; Maintain and manage QC laboratory inventory; Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, material stocking, scrapping, and related inventory tasks; Manage material expiry, allocation, and required material storage/condition requirements; Quantify and maintain materials used in the QC laboratory; Ensure materials are available on time according to the QC schedule; Record material handling data clearly, accurately, and in compliance with GDP requirements; Use ERP or laboratory systems such as SAP or LIMS to support inventory and material management activities; Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete QC tasks according to assigned shift schedules; Follow basic laboratory safety practices and cGMP requirements; Work in an environment that may include blood-derived components.
