Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in Lewisburg, OH within the Quality & Food Safety Function as the Lab Management Lead. The Purpose of the role is to lead team of lab technicians and implement effective laboratory management process ensuring efficient delivery of services comply with quality control and compliance.
li>Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life-span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patients requirements relative to his/her age-specified needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit/area/departments policies, procedures, and/or Quality Plus Plan.
p>Experience: General knowledge of laboratory procedures, both technical and clerical, specific knowledge of laboratory procedures in the discipline to which assigned, and demonstrated ability to perform in a supervisory capacity as normally acquired through 5 years of medical laboratory experience as a technologist as required for licensure as a medical laboratory supervisor. Direction/Supervision Requirements: Ability to manage supervisors and assistant supervisors, and medical technologists, medical laboratory technicians, and support personnel in a specific laboratory section 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
