Primary Responsibilities: The Director of Laboratory Support Services provides executive leadership for all non-analytical laboratory operations, including phlebotomy, patient service centers, specimen collection, home draw services, client services, laboratory hotline operations, courier and logistics services, affiliate provider support, and outreach operations. The Director is responsible for ensuring a seamless laboratory experience for patients, providers, and staff through exceptional service, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
