Medical Laboratory Technician The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs a variety of laboratory tests on tissue, blood, and other bodily fluids to assist physicians in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Work in collaboration and continuous partnership with providers, clinical staff, and community resources in a team approach to promote access to appropriate care in the goal of enhancing patient health.
