The position is responsible for the integration of laboratory, clinical, operational, and financial functions of Enterprise Laboratories and provides effective leadership, management, direction, and administration of Enterprise Lab Operations that include planning, budgeting, evaluation of personnel, equipment, space, and service commitments. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Vice President (VP) Laboratory Operations will function as the top executive leader of Enterprise Laboratory Services and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategy, implementing business plans, and fostering a high-performance, patient-oriented culture.
