Demonstrates proficiency in general laboratory practice including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Immunology, Limited Microbiology, Microscopy, Molecular Microbiology, Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, and specimen handling and processing. Successfully performs required quality control and proficiency testing and actively participates in evaluation of QC/PT data and development of corrective actions and follow-up, as needed.
