The Trainee Laboratory Technician works closely with Client Support Labs, operating locations, product centers, and internal knowledge repositories to ensure high-quality service execution and continuous improvement. Job Description<ul><li>Perform quality assurance tests on company products to ensure compliance with required standards.</li><li>Prepare accurate laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite.</li><li>Support advanced additive selection and fluid design under supervision, developing competency in these areas.</li><li>Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment in clean, safe, and fully operational condition.</li><li>Ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular laboratory audits to verify compliance with required operational and quality standards.</li><li>Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support as needed.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations for internal and external customers.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with Client Support Labs, operating locations, and product centers to support service quality.</li><li>Perform risk analysis prior to each task to identify and mitigate potential safety and quality concerns.</li><li>Participate in Service Quality Meetings and contribute to action plans that improve performance and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Engage in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.</li><li>Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all HSE policies.</li><li>Maintain all required safety and compliance training certifications.</li></ul> Skills Required<ul><li>Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality control principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Willingness to learn advanced additive selection and fluid design techniques.</li></ul> Education<ul><li>Highschool diploma or GED</li></ul> Pay Rate<ul><li>$18 - $22 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)</li></ul> <img alt=""/> HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
