Administer a system for all phases of food service including food production, work simplification, staff work schedules, menu changes, special meals, equipment selection, use and care, inventory control, cash control and methods of cost containment. DRUG FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENT:The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment at the Academy.
