Serve Green Teams clients by aiding Senior LE Sales and Design Manager with designing, estimating, pricing, and presenting new and enhanced landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage systems, hardscapes, water features, landscape lighting, and other site improvements. 5 days PTO after 30 days, 10 days PTO at 1st year anniversary, 12 days PTO at 2nd year anniversary, 15 days PTO at 3rd year anniversary, 17 days at 5th anniversary, etc.

Serve Green Teams clients by aiding Senior LE Sales and Design Manager with designing, estimating, pricing, and presenting new and enhanced landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage systems, hardscapes, water features, landscape lighting, and other site improvements. Provide these services for non-clients on a case-by-case basis. Functions: 1. Design/Estimating · Inspect and measure the necessary elements of the landscape. · Design new landscape, hardscape, site improvements, water and lighting features as needed. · Source materials to meet designs, obtain written quotes for materials with submittal information if necessary. · Prepare our cost take-off to determine the cost of providing our landscape enhancement services. · Prepare written proposals including designs, site photos, presentation images, and pricing options for client. · Follow up as needed on pending designs and estimates. 2. Pre-construction/Construction · Coordinate with account manager and LE supervisor to ensure production can execute the project to client satisfaction. · Ensure all supporting tracking reports are updated with the LE projects. · Follow-up with change orders, quality control review, and project close-out. · Meet on site with construction resources to deal with on-site concerns, quality review. 3. Close-out, communications, and documentation. · Participate in the EOS meetings and various processes. 4. Assist Business Development and Sales as Needed · Assist with measurements and site analysis for maintenance bids. · Contract Updates and Adjustments to existing maintenance bids. Work hours: Monday – Friday 7 AM to 4 PM – GT office and job sites Occasional evening events, rare Saturday projects (possible a few per year) Several industry and company retreats / events each year. Maintenance Assistance - During turn, the maintenance team may need help with their punch lists (changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, smoke detector batteries, etc.), minor repairs (replacing a garbage disposal), major repairs (new HVAC condenser installation), painting touch up in units or common areas, preventative maintenance projects (testing emergency systems, inspecting boilers, cleaning compactor rooms, maintaining common areas), or any type of project where the maintenance team needs an extra hand. Projects can include assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, assisting maintenance with HVAC or preventative maintenance projects, furniture assembly and installation, and helping residents on move-in day.

POSITION: Turn Team Member (temporary/seasonal)COMPENSATION: Hourly / Non-Exempt / Non-Benefit EligibleSUMMARYStudent housing turns typically last 10-21 days, where hundreds of students are moving out of a single community just days before a fresh crop is moving back in.Each day you will be assigned a list of areas or units that needs some level of attention. Projects can include assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, assisting maintenance with HVAC or preventative maintenance projects, furniture assembly and installation, and helping residents on move-in day.RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):<ul><li>Furniture Installation - when furniture arrives at a property during turn it is often all hands-on deck to unload, deliver, install, and clean up. If you are on furniture installation you must be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more and can operate smaller tools like allen wrenches for assembling the furniture. Usually, jobs will be broken up into delivery, assembly, and clean-up, but you may end up doing all three.</li><li>Groundskeeping - property beautification is often put on the back burner during turn but remains a critical aspect day-to-day operations for the community. This can include picking up trash around the exterior of the buildings, landscaping (mowing, edging, trimming bushes, planting flowers), walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins, etc.</li><li>Housekeeping - along the same lines as groundskeeping, our team may be short-handed on cleaning during turn. Housekeeping could include sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, or shampooing carpets. These are necessary services that every community needs to maintain during turn.</li><li>Move-in Day Assistance - residents and families often need help to get moved in as quickly as possible, and we want to assist them with this. If you are assigned to help residents move in, then you'll have to be extra careful with their personal items. You will be interacting directly with our customers so you must be friendly and respectful at all times and report any incidences or complaints to the Community Manager immediately.</li><li>Maintenance Assistance - During turn, the maintenance team may need help with their punch lists (changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, smoke detector batteries, etc.), minor repairs (replacing a garbage disposal), major repairs (new HVAC condenser installation), painting touch up in units or common areas, preventative maintenance projects (testing emergency systems, inspecting boilers, cleaning compactor rooms, maintaining common areas), or any type of project where the maintenance team needs an extra hand.</li><li>Occupied bedrooms will only be entered when accompanied by an on-site team member. All interactions with residents and their families and guests should be limited and professional at all times.</li><li>All necessary equipment will be provided to you by the onsite manager. Be sure to stay hydrated especially when working outside.
