Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; 6+ years prior related experience; Landscape Architecture license in good standing; Passion for design excellence and the challenges of creating inspiring places in urban environments; Possess creative and exceptional technical skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Illustrator and 3D Modeling; Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment; and. Assist discipline leadership with the planning, design and permitting of landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development and planning projects; Coordinate and work with staff to prepare site work cost estimates, zoning analyses and determine the feasibility of projects based on the analysis of collected data; Write and review draft reports, including feasibility studies, proposals, and technical specifications; Plan, schedule and develop task and project budgets.
