Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; demonstrated fundraising success, including experience securing major gifts through relationship building; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, manage priorities, and collaborate with donors, volunteers, colleagues, and community leaders.
