The Senior Associate will serve as a trusted client partner, mentor project teams, manage scope and financial performance, and help ensure that design intent is successfully carried through documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout. Guided by principles of ecological stewardship, design rigor, and respect for natural systems, the studio creates landscapes that are visually compelling, technically resolved, and deeply connected to place.
