JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial landscape vehicles and equipment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education High school Diploma or GED Experience One to three years equipment maintenance and repair experience License or Certification Valid driver license issued by the state where employed, with a record in good standing Specialized Skills Knowledge of mowing and landscape equipment Knowledge of small engine and two cycle engine repair Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook Has own tools Basic Mathematical Skills Ability to read, write and comprehend English Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
