In this role, you would be responsible for providing quality service by interacting with guests in a positive and friendly manner and assist with: fulfilling requests, taking feedback, clearing and preparing table set-ups, polishing silverware and glassware, cleaning all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, complete opening/closing side duties as directed, upholding our food health safety and sanitation principles, occasionally checking on guests to handle impromptu requests/issues, and handle guest complains and inform management immediately of any concerns that may arise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, twist at the neck and trunk, bend at the waist and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
