As a Sanitation Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily sanitation operations. You'll work closely with production teams to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and production areas, making a difference every day. What You'll Do 
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Coordinating with Production staff to stay informed of upcoming cleaning needs.
	</li><li>Preparing daily bleach baths for sanitation and verifying chemical concentrations meet safety standards.
	</li><li>Cleaning production vessels, utensils, and other food-contact equipment efficiently and in accordance with sanitation protocols.
	</li><li>Handling large equipment and vessels, which may involve lifting barrels, standing on ladders, and leaning over tanks to ensure thorough cleaning.
	</li><li>Moving large production equipment to and from cleaning areas using carts or wheels with team assistance.
	</li><li>Following detailed cleaning procedures outlined in SOPs to maintain hygiene standards.
	</li><li>Keeping the dish and laundry areas clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls, washers, and dryers regularly.
	</li><li>Weekly cleaning of floor mats, drains, and off-strip curtains over dry dish storage.
	</li><li>Quarterly cleaning of dish racks and monthly sanitation of dish area and equipment.
</li></ul> What You'll Bring 
The ideal candidate will have: <ul><li>A high school diploma or GED.
	</li><li>Completed sanitation and SOP training, preferably supervised by management.
	</li><li>Prior experience in food manufacturing, restaurants, or cleaning roles is a plus.
	</li><li>Solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, GMP practices, and documentation requirements.
	</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical equipment operations is helpful but not mandatory.
	</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adhering to health and safety standards.
	</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness.
