Primary job duties of OAG investigator include conducting interviews, obtaining and analyzing documents and other evidence, serving subpoenas, obtaining and executing search warrants, preparing reports and exhibits, maintaining investigative case files, testifying in court, and interfacing with other law enforcement agencies. Experience in specialized investigations, preferably in public corruption or white-collar fraud, but may include ICAC, narcotics, cybercrime, human trafficking, organized crime, counterterrorism, missing persons, or other specialty.
