Under the direction of the Vice President of Instruction and working collaboratively with other college leaders, this position works under broad, administrative direction with significant responsibility in faculty development, planning, organizing, and managing support services associated with instruction, academic advising, outreach/admissions, placement testing, continuing education, orientation, career planning, academic support, student discipline, and student behavioral intervention. The wellness premium applies only to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Hospital Medical Group #14000 plan for non-Medicare eligible active and retired members, non-Medicare-eligible members on LOA or COBRA, and non-Medicare-eligible spouses on active or retired contracts.
