Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as the immediate supervisor, co-workers, University department heads and employees, faculty, staff, students, parents, complainants, suspects, victims, witnesses, medical / hospital personnel, emergency response agencies, sales representatives, other local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, and the general public. Inspects University property for safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, unsecured doors or other unusual occurrences, refers victims to appropriate services, provides directions, escorts, vehicle and door unlocks assistance, operates necessary equipment.
