The Restoration Office Specialist within Strategic Operations is responsible for conducting research, outlining and organizing content, troubleshooting, writing, and creating the best office and administrative resources in the restoration industry. Partner with Restoration Specialists and other Strategic Operations teammates to ensure alignment between field and office processes throughout the job lifecycle (lead intake, scheduling, file review, estimating, billing, audit, and closeout).
