Work is performed under the direction of the Manager, Professional Learning, with responsibilities including managing capacity, organizing events, and controlling expenses, while also having the responsibility to develop and coach direct reports.*This position will be required to attend customer meetings in the Southwest Region, including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.* Primary Responsibilities- Manage and Develop Curriculum Specialist Team: Oversee the hiring, management, and development of direct report Curriculum Specialists, including creating personal growth plans and coaching opportunities.- Foster Positive Team Culture: Contribute to a creative, positive, and respectful team culture in collaboration with the Manager, Professional Learning.- Deliver Presentations: Deliver sales and services presentations as needed to support campaigns and fill occasional coverage gaps, with the percentage of time dedicated to presenting versus supervising determined by the Manager, Professional Learning.
