Prepares requests for legal review and coordinates with the County Attorney's Office, Risk Management, Facilities Management, Fiscal Management and User Departments for the preparation, review, revision, approval, and execution of lease, license, amendment, renewal, termination, and other occupancy-related documents. Minimum QualificationsGraduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a closely related field and two years of related experience in land acquisition, leasing, property management; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
