On a typical week, you'll conduct move-out inspections and scope vendor work for active turnovers, coordinate painters, cleaners, and maintenance to hit make-ready deadlines, photograph and list newly available units, show properties to qualified prospects, follow up with your applicant pipeline, and process lease agreements and move-in funds. From the moment a tenant gives notice to the moment a new resident receives their keys, you are the owner: managing the make-ready, driving marketing and showings, screening applicants, and executing the lease - then handing off cleanly to the Property Manager.
