In the role of Sales Manager, you are responsible to achieve revenue goals through lead generation and conversion activities that include developing and maintaining relationships, partnering with General Managers/Executive Directors and the community team, and cultivating a deep knowledge of the customer and the local market. Manage all aspects of lead generation, including generation, cultivation, and maintenance of external professional relationships with local influencers to increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers resulting in commitments to refer prospective residents.
