Prospect and develop relationships with prospective commercial tenants through networking, outreach, and market canvassingConduct property tours and present available spaces to prospectsSupport lease negotiations, proposals, renewals, and deal structuringBuild relationships with brokers, business owners, and local market contactsMaintain leasing activity and pipeline updates within CRM systemsPartner internally with property management and operations teams to support tenant retention and occupancy goalsAssist with marketing and promotional efforts related to available spaceTrack activity and provide regular reporting on leasing efforts and market activity. QualificationsExperience in leasing, sales, business development, account management, or other relationship-driven rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable with prospecting and proactive outreachSelf-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilityAbility to work in a field-based, relationship-oriented environmentExperience in commission or performance-driven environments is a plusCommercial real estate exposure is helpful but not required.
